Françoise and Pascale are the co-founders and managing directors of Equoranda. Their mission is to accompany individuals and teams in organizations towards their greatness, and transforming it in tangible business results.
Their clients are French and International companies, in various industrial sectors such as hi-tech and health industry.
Francoise has accompanied more than 1,000 people on the topics of interpersonal skills, leadership, coaching and change management. Her clients like her energy, her ability to quickly adapt to various business situations, and her pragmatic approach. She loves learning, creating links between people and between ideas, and helping people build deeper meaning in their actions.
Prior to 2003, Francoise held management functions for 18 years at Hewlett-Packard, with a European and Worldwide scope.
Bilingual in French and English, Francoise holds a Master Degree in electronics engineering from l’Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité/Supélec (France) and a Master Degree in clinical psychology from Paris 8 (France); she graduated in coaching from Corporate Coach University (USA).
Prior to launching Equoranda, Pascale worked in Hewlett-Packard for 15 years, in various functions such as supply chain, finance and marketing, in France, Germany and the US.
Her patience, her diplomacy, combined with a sharp strategic vision are key assets to adapt to difficult business contexts. She gives off a feeling of stability, even in the midst of a turmoil, which gives her customers the confidence to move forward.
She loves discovering new models and ideas, and like a still, to refine and simplify them to offer a different, yet useful, light to people.
