Developing a new behavior requires 10% education, 70% experience and 20% exposure.
After all Equoranda trainings, we systematically accompany the participants in the “experience” and “exposure” phases to help them transform what they have learnt into tangible results.
- For Think On Your Feet® and Exercising Influence® workshops, participants get an 8-week follow-up, consisting in a mix of teleconferences, personalized telephone calls and remote practicing. In each instances, participants receive personalized feed-back from the trainer.
- For NEWS Experience ®, each participant gets 2 individual coaching sessions as follow-up.
- For NEWS Corridor Coaching ®, the follow-up is a group session, one month after the training.
The follow-up for in-house workshops depends on the culture and the need of the customer
On top of what is done for public workshops, we have offered in some instances ½ day follow-up sessions or some coaching hot-lines.
