FR Objectives
- Allow participants to get started on their professional or personal projects ;
- Allow participants to self-navigate efficiently towards their goal, during and after the workshop, by using the tools provided by the model.
Target audience
Everyone in one of the following situations:
- End of a project or a job
- Unsuccessful attempts to start a motivating project
- At a cross-road for his/her next professional step
- In quest of meaning in his/her current job
- Feeling stopped or overwhelmed in his/her current context
- Transition to a new project, a new job
Results
At the end of the workshop, participants will have:
- Visualized the future they want to reach (for their project, their career) and built a « practical model » to make this vision real
- Identified blockages that prevent implementation of their vision, and tools to go over these blockages
- Identified and clarified their values and motivation factors
- Built an action plan to implement their vision and objectives
This 2-day program is based on the NEWS model.
