Equoranda offers Employees, Managers and HR Managers a unique opportunity to discover its programs training NEWS ® Manager Coach and Strategic Thinking™ through a concrete and immersive experience .

Our discovery sessions last 1 hour via videoconference
Led by Pascale Demont, a consultant and certified Equoranda trainer since 2003, they will allow you to better understand the objectives of these programs, to test some tools and methods (Test & Learn approach) and to experience operational practices with an immediate and lasting impact .
The name “Immersive Discovery” reflects this approach: it is not just about presenting a program, but about immersing participants in a practical experience , where they can test and see for free and directly the effect of the methods and tools offered by Equoranda.
