Prepare yourself well
Each participant is sent a personal assignment in the form of a 30-minute questionnaire.
During the training
• 2 days in person from 9am to 5:15pm
• 2/3 practical, 1/3 theoretical
• Numerous exercises in pairs or small groups allow everyone to assimilate the method.
• Personalized feedback from the trainer.
Anchoring & Tracking
2 webinars to support remote implementation (1 month and then 2 months after the training )
Sharing experience and exercises ensures that new practices are anchored.
