go far together
A new cascading organizational strategy? A major change? A new team leader?
Whether they are management, operational, matrix or project management, all teams, in essence, are navigating, and regularly need to take stock of their progress, to (re)define their course, to distribute all the roles.
NEWS® team coaching helps teams discover "how to work well together" by giving it meaning. With Equoranda, all team members are involved in every step of the coaching process. It's a structured, short, and focused process that addresses the team's real challenges and delivers clear results.

Step 1
- Briefing with the team leader.
- Team diagnosis using a questionnaire: the objective is to obtain a starting picture of potential blockages (structured around the NEWS Compass®).
- Debriefing with the manager to refine the next step
2nd step
- Two days facilitated by an Equoranda facilitator/coach with the entire team. The objective is to co-create the team's roadmap using the Compass as a management tool.
- Measuring the impact of the support provided at the end of the 2 days.
Step 3
- Monthly or quarterly follow-ups depending on the timeframe of your objectives.
The follow-up time is determined following the needs assessment and may change over time. The objective is to ensure lasting team cohesion, to remain agile on the progress of the roadmap and to optimize results.
