Managers (hierarchical or functional) wishing to develop autonomy, motivation and engagement members of their teams.

Goals

NEWS® Manager-Coach allows the manager, through short and powerful conversations, to encourage each employee to develop, gain autonomy, and perform better. He develops his daily leadership posture.

  • Identify potential employee blockages
  • Use the coaching tools necessary to overcome blockages and engage each employee
  • Lead conversations that will unlock talent and increase employee performance

 

Manager-Coach: Become the standard of tomorrow today 

We believe that the manager is the key element in fostering a culture of empowerment. To do this, he or she will adopt a Manager-Coach mindset and posture on a daily basis.

Some examples of typical situations that s/he will handle are

    • Integration of a new team member

    • Resistance to change, lack of involvement, search for meaning

    • Difficulty for an employee to perform at the expected level

    • Development of the employee's interpersonal skills

preparatory work is sent by email (approximately 15′)

During the training

2 consecutive days with numerous exercises allowing everyone to assimilate the method. They are done in pairs or small groups, with personalized feedback from the trainer and participants.

Each participant receives support from training .

Anchoring & Tracking

2 webinars of 1 hour each spread over 8 weeks. Sharing experience and exercises ensures that new practices are anchored.

We offer an optional 1 hour of individual monitoring.
