This training is aimed at managers of all levels, needing to develop or strengthen their knowledge of the fundamentals of modern management.

Develop the mindset, tools and skills necessary for modern managers to evolve with complete peace of mind in a hybrid and turbulent context.

A personal work is sent to each person (approximately 1 hour of work)

During the training

2 days in person

Scenarios allow everyone to assimilate the method. The exercises are done in pairs or small groups, with
personalized feedback from the trainer and participants.

Anchoring & Tracking

Immediate implementation of the individual action plan is key to benefiting from the achievements of the training .

A follow-up collective video conference 1 month later is planned to take a step back from the new practices and make possible adjustments to the action plan.
