Better understanding for better collaboration!

The MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) is a support which makes it possible to determine the psychological profile of an individual among 16 different psychological types.

MBTI® support allows you to:

  • Discover the MBTI® tool, creating a common language within the team.
  • Understand how people have preferences when it comes to making decisions, gathering information, organizing themselves or directing their attention.
  • Value the differences within the team.
  • Map the team's MBTI® profile to identify strengths and areas of risk within the team.

We can also develop the following themes:

  • Ability to make decisions
  • Relationship to change
  • Optimizing individual relationships and stress management

Step 1

Each participant completes an MBTI® questionnaire

2nd step

Half a day

Each participant receives their MBTI® interpretation report and a booklet summarizing all MBTI® profiles (licensed).
