A structured, short and focused process that addresses the team's real issues and with clear deliverables .

Step 1

  • Briefing with the team manager.
  • Team diagnosis using a questionnaire: the objective is to obtain an initial picture of potential blockages (structured around the NEWS® Compass).
  • Debriefing with the manager to refine the next step

2nd step

2 days led by an Equoranda facilitator/coach with the whole team. The objective is to co-construct the team's roadmap using the Compass as a management tool.

Measurement of the impact of the support at the end of the 2 days.

Step 3

Monthly or quarterly follow-ups depending on the deadline of your objectives.

The follow-up time is determined following the needs assessment and may change over time. The objective is to ensure lasting team cohesion, to remain agile on the progress of the roadmap and to optimize results.
