Equoranda's "Immersive Discoveries": what are they?
Equoranda offers Employees, Managers and HR Managers a unique opportunity to discover its programs training NEWS ® Manager Coach and Strategic Thinking™ through a concrete and immersive experience .
Our 1h15 “ Immersive Discoveries ” by videoconference, led by Pascale Demont, Equoranda consultant and trainer since 2023, will allow you to better understand the objectives of these programs, to test some tools and methods (Test & Learn approach) and to experiment with operational practices having an immediate and lasting impact .
The name “Immersive Discovery” reflects this approach: it is not just about presenting a program, but about immersing participants in a practical experience , where they can test and directly see the effect of the methods and tools offered by Equoranda.

This Immersive Discovery Session is aimed at Managers (and HR Managers , prescribers of training adapted to the challenges of the company), who wish to strengthen their managerial position and develop their ability to coach and mobilize their teams :

- Discover the interactive teaching methods used to facilitate the appropriation of managerial practices.

This Discovery session is aimed at all employees and HR teams , to explore the skills essentials of strategic thinking and decision-making in a complex context :
- Understand the objectives and the program flow “ Strategic Thinking™ "
- Test through experimentation strategic analysis and decision-making tools to resolve real operational problems.
- Measure how the training helps develop vision, prioritization and influence within teams and the company.
With this operational experience , you will be able to understand how to gain perspective, decide quickly even under pressure, better manage complexity and strengthen your key role in the organization .
